What We're About
Mywood Properties is a multi-function property management and real estate business. Our philosophy is to provide attentive and well kept spaces to people looking to work and live in Newport Vermont. All properties are managed locally out of the Vermont Office Suites on Main Street, allowing us to be available daily to our tenants, and provide quick, convenient and meaningful support. We currently own and operate 5 properties throughout the historic district of downtown Newport which house numerous multi-use units. Currently we feature businesses such as Newport Natural Market and Café, Newport Jewelers, Dusit Thai Cuisine and Mac Art Gallery.
